SHIPPING

In-stock items ship within 3 business days Monday-Friday, unless otherwise indicated. If items in your order are out of stock, we'll notify you by e-mail. Items are shipped from Montreal, Canada.

At this time, we only ship to Canadian and US addresses.

In Canada, our basic method of shipping is Expedited Parcel via Canada Post with tracking service. For quickest delivery we offer Xpresspost. To the US, we offer Canada Post Tracked packet with tracking service or for quickest delivery, Xpresspost USA.

Approximate shipping times:

  • In Canada:

    • Expedited parcel: 2-7 business days depending on the region

    • Xpresspost 1-2 business days depending on the region

  • To the USA:

    • Tracked packet: 4-7 business days and longer for certain states such as California and Texas

    • Xpresspost USA: 2-3 business days.

Please note that these are approximate shipping times and delivery times may vary.

We are not responsible for any taxes, duties, fees or delays due to customs clearance.

RETURNS

moki & friends—Big mo, Barrie, Buzzie and Beau—are absolutely positive that you’ll love the cards and mini buttons you order from us. Our return policy is simple: items that may have been damaged from shipment or defective may be replaced or fully refunded (shipping costs included). Claims must be made within 3 business days of receiving your item(s). Simply email us at info@getmoki.com and we’ll be happy to assist you with the process. If for some reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, shoot us an email telling us why within 3 days after receiving your order and we’ll do our best to make your day brighter.
