In-stock items ship within 3 business days (Monday–Friday) unless otherwise indicated. All items ship from Montreal, Canada.

At this time, we ship within Canada only.

Shipping Methods (Canada)

Greeting Cards
Greeting cards ship via Canada Post Expedited Parcel, which includes tracking and typically arrives within 2–7 business days, depending on the region.

This is the only shipping option available for greeting cards.

Pin Back Buttons
Pin back buttons ship via a standard, untracked shipping option (letter mail or small parcel). This is a cost-effective option for small items. Delivery typically takes up to 12 business days, depending on the region.

Important Shipping Note for Combined Orders

If your order includes both greeting cards and pin back buttons, items ship separately and shipping charges are calculated per item type at checkout.

As a result, combined orders may show more than one shipping charge.

RETURNS — GREETING CARDS & PIN BACK BUTTONS

moki is confident you’ll love your order. If an item arrives damaged or defective, we’re happy to help.

  • Claims must be made within 3 business days of delivery

  • Please email info@getmoki.com with your order details and a description of the issue

Returns are accepted only for damage or defect.

SHIPPING — ARTWORKS

Original artworks ship within 5 business days (Monday–Friday) unless otherwise indicated.

Items ship from Montreal, Canada, and occasionally from our studio in Ottawa, Canada.

We ship artwork within Canada only.

Shipping methods include FedEx Ground or Canada Post Expedited Parcel, both with tracking. A shipping confirmation email with tracking details will be sent once your artwork ships.

Estimated delivery times (Canada):

  • FedEx Ground: approximately 5 business days, depending on the region

  • Canada Post Expedited Parcel: approximately 2–7 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to circumstances beyond our control. We do not offer monetary compensation for delayed deliveries.

All artwork is packed securely in sturdy, well-protected packaging to ensure safe delivery.

All artwork sold on our site is original and final sale.
